All photos would be numbered and cataloged on a spreadsheet.

The spreadsheet would contain corresponding photo numbers with the specific description of the object or document depicted in that photo.

The spreadsheet will have room for you to add a detailed description and value.

Upon completion of the photographing and cataloging, you will receive three identical CD-RW's or DVD-RW's.

It is vital to locate these inventories in 3 safe and different locations (personal safes, safety deposit boxes, family or attorneys).

I will then digitally shred all photos and information in front of your eyes before leaving your property.

Items to inventory: Coins, Stamps, Jewelry, Art works, Antique furniture, Silver sets and place settings, Collectables, Guns, Cars and Important Documents.

Flat rate charge of $60.00 an hour for all inventory photography
